By accessing, registering on, or using the rbaji platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and rbaji. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the rbaji platform.

rbaji reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of rbaji after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

To register and use rbaji, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. rbaji does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing rbaji from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently banned from rbaji.
• You must be acting on your own behalf — not as an agent or representative of another person.

rbaji may request proof of age or identity at any point. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and any funds forfeited. rbaji takes age verification seriously and cooperates fully with any investigation related to underage access.

Each person may hold only one rbaji account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering on rbaji, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• Your rbaji account password must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your rbaji account, contact support immediately at [email protected].
• rbaji accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to another person.
• rbaji reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal. KYC (Know Your Customer) checks may be required.

Account registration on rbaji is free. rbaji will never charge a fee simply for creating or maintaining an account.

rbaji supports the following deposit methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount on rbaji is ৳100.

Deposits are credited to your rbaji account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact rbaji support with your transaction reference number and the issue will be resolved promptly.

• All funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted on rbaji.
• rbaji does not charge deposit fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside rbaji's control.
• rbaji reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals linked to a deposit.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as quickly as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

Withdrawals on rbaji are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Most withdrawal requests are processed within a few hours, though in some cases identity verification may extend this timeline.

To be eligible for withdrawal, your rbaji account must be fully verified. This means providing valid identification documents when requested. rbaji will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not completed the required verification steps.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• rbaji reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name.
• rbaji does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If a withdrawal request is declined, rbaji support will notify you with a reason. Common reasons include incomplete verification, unmet wagering requirements, or a mismatch between deposit and withdrawal methods.

rbaji offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus on rbaji, you agree to the associated terms.

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the bonus offer.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using bonuses in a systematic way to exploit rbaji's promotions — including through coordinated play across multiple accounts — is prohibited.
• rbaji reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus if there is evidence of abuse or if the offer was made in error.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

All games available on rbaji use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are independent, random, and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action outside of the game mechanics themselves.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages on rbaji are accurate and independently verified. rbaji does not adjust RTPs mid-session or apply hidden house edges beyond what is disclosed in each game's information panel.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game session, rbaji reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account.
• Game results displayed on rbaji's servers are the definitive record. In any dispute, the server-side record takes precedence over what is displayed on a player's device.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. Game rules are accessible within each game on rbaji.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on rbaji and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one rbaji account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with rbaji games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in rbaji's platform for financial gain.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using rbaji for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rbaji staff or other players through any communication channel.

rbaji actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. If you suspect another player of prohibited conduct, report it to rbaji support immediately.

rbaji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified by email. During a suspension, access to the account and any associated funds will be restricted until the investigation is complete.

• If an investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and full access restored.
• If a breach is confirmed, rbaji may permanently close the account and forfeit the balance in accordance with these terms.
• Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rbaji support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours.

rbaji collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using rbaji, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

rbaji will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing payments, verifying identity, and improving the rbaji platform experience for Bangladesh players.

• rbaji uses industry-standard encryption to protect all personal and financial data.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data rbaji holds about you.
• You may request correction of inaccurate data by contacting rbaji support.

• rbaji is not liable for any loss of winnings or data resulting from technical failures outside of rbaji's direct control, including internet outages, device failures, or third-party service disruptions.
• rbaji's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• rbaji is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits rbaji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

rbaji may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rbaji will notify registered players via email and display a notice on the platform. The updated terms will take effect from the date published on this page.

If you disagree with any updated terms, you should stop using rbaji and contact support to close your account. Continued use of rbaji after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
